Amenity Property Group was born in 2020 out of the need to provide bespoke project management and delivery solutions to an industry long requiring dedicated specialist services within this key area.
Our Managing Director, Brian Coughlin, has spent close to two-thirds his lifetime in the construction industry covering projects across all sectors in various roles as both the contractor and client representative. This diverse experience puts Amenity in good stead to provide optimum delivery solutions for all our client’s project needs.
